As you will be aware, gas prices are rising  and we all need to improve our carbon footprints, we have a new range of heat exchangers available that will recover up to 80% of the heat removed from your poultry houses, therefore burning much less gas in the process. 

Depending on number of birds per house and minimum ventilation rates required we can specify how many per house (usually 1 or 2) and which model would be best, either 5000M³ per hour or 9000M³ per hour per unit. 

They will pay for themselves in a short period and can improve litter quality by returning warmed air rather than bringing in cold air from outside.

The Switch Superior is a compact, plug & play heat exchanger creating a healthy climate in the poultry farm.

Saving energy and optimising the climate inside a poultry house are top priorities for every poultry farmer. Temperature and ventilation play a big part in the ideal circumstances for poultry to perform. The Switch Superior Compact Heat Exchanger takes polluted, CO-2-rich air from the poultry house, and exchanges this for fresh, O2-rich air. The built-in exchanger block takes heat from the outgoing air to warm the fresh incoming air, which substantially improves the poultry house climate.
